President of the Board of Directors:

Philippe Faugeras

Philippe Faugeras, President of Webdyn, began his career in major companies such as Bull and Alcatel. In 1985, he and two other engineers founded RCE, the largest local network builder in France and the first European frame relay system. During those years he demonstrated his skills and experience in data networks.
In October 1997, he left RCE (which has been bought by the Signaux Company) to found WEBDYN, a company that connects conventional systems to IP networks.
Today, Philippe Faugeras is the president of the WEBDYN Corporation, the leading European developer of Internet gateways for industrial applications.

Supervisory Committee Members:

Jean-Baptiste Gagliardi

Jean Baptiste Gagliardi brings more than 30 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications sectors to Webdyn's board of directors. After serving in various management and marketing and sales positions at UNISYS in France and Europe, he took over as President of the Board of Directors for France, then as Vice-President for Continental Europe.
Mr. Gagliardi joined COLT Telecommunications as the CEO for France. He then became the CEO for the southern region, and finally Director of Corporate Operations for the group.

Jean-Pierre Guilmeau

Jean Pierre Guilmeau spent his entire career at Schneider Electric. He first worked as the marketing director and then became service manager of the industrial automation division.
After the joint venture between Schneider and Toshiba Inverter, he was named projects and marketing director.
Jean Pierre Guilmeau joined the Webdyn supervisory committee in 2006.

Eric Plantier

Eric Plantier is the president of Blueprint Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in fund raising, merger, acquisition, and commercial strategy and development for technology companies. Before creating Blueprint Consulting, he was the Investment Director for Viventures (a venture capital company based in Paris), Strategic Director at Ericsson, and Sales Director at Schneider.
Eric Plantier was a member of the supervisory committee at companies such as Netbooster (Online Marketing and Referencing Agency), Infusio (Games for Mobile Phones, France), Terraplay (Multi-player platform, Sweden), Digital Route (Convergent Invoising, Sweden), and WLAN (Wireless Internet Access Provider, Germany).
